Simply, an exceptional year at Burning Man, our very own summer camp for the soul
that allowed such deep calm before the unexpected storm.
So many imagined alternatives, infused with such artfulness -
art that teaches as it continues to learn.

I spoke last September 16th at an arts & technology conference here is SF.
My subject was the role of art and the unique challenges facing a free arts community, as well
