Simply,
an exceptional year at Burning Man, our very own summer camp for the
soul
that allowed such deep calm before the unexpected storm.
So many imagined alternatives, infused with such artfulness -
art that teaches as it continues to learn.
I
spoke last September 16th at an arts & technology conference
here is SF.
My subject was the role of art and the unique challenges facing
a free arts community, as well as
some steps that we might take to keep our point of view alive
and strong. If you care to read it, the
text can be found here.
